LSR products
Traditionally, silicone rubber is divided into room temperature vulcanization and high temperature vulcanization. High-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber can be divided into platinum-catalyzed liquid silicone rubber and peroxide high-temperature solid rubber according to the vulcanization method. The molding modes are injection molding and molding and calendering.
Liquid injection molding glue theoretically produces no by-products and is generally used in high-strength products with light weight and high output: baby pacifiers, protective covers, TV anode caps, automotive machinery rubber, electronic and electrical medical care, copier rubber rollers, and sealing rings.
The advantages are obviously low viscosity, pumping, automatic molding, fast vulcanization speed, low molding pressure, high precision of the grinding tool, and cost saving. R8200 meets customer requirements with its excellent stability and product quality.
R8200 and R812S modified groups are both hexamethyldisilazane.
R812S is treated with hydrophilic silicone with a ratio of 300, and R8200 is treated with hydrophilic silicone with a ratio of 200. Therefore, the transparency of R812S will be better, but R812S has a greater impact on the increase in system viscosity.
R8200 has undergone a special treatment process and has a lower specificity than R812S. It has a lower impact on the increase in system viscosity, so the transparency will be worse. However, it has less impact on LSR viscosity and the addition amount is high, resulting in better reinforcement and flow properties. R812S.
