UV absorber FENTASORB 1164, also known as 2-(4,6-bis(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2-yl)-5-(octyloxy)phenol, is a light yellow powder with low volatility and good compatibility. It has a molecular weight of 509.682, a density of 1.1±0.1g/cm³, a boiling point of 695.2±65.0°C, and a melting point of 88-91°C.

UV absorber FENTASORB 1164 is suitable for nylon and other engineering plastics. It can effectively absorb ultraviolet rays and prevent polymer materials from degradation and aging under light.
