特性和優點
該助劑通過對顔料的控制絮凝發揮作(zuò)用(yòng)。該控制絮凝作(zuò)用(yòng)同時可(kě)以抗流挂，防止顔料沉降以及浮色發花(huā)。
ANTI-TERRA-203 适用(yòng)于中(zhōng)等極性到低極性溶劑型和無溶劑塗料體(tǐ)系，可(kě)顯著增加觸變性。用(yòng)于防腐底漆時，往往可(kě)改善防腐蝕性能(néng)。ANTI-TERRA-204 是與之非常類似的産(chǎn)品，同時也适用(yòng)于非極性體(tǐ)系。

加入方法和加工(gōng)指導
為(wèi)獲得極佳性能(néng)，應先将該助劑加入研磨料中(zhōng)，然後再加入顔料。
膨潤土漿推薦配方：
85-87 重量份溶劑
10 重量份膨潤土
5-3 重量份助劑
溶劑應為(wèi)芳烴或含芳烴的石油溶劑。如果凝膠效果不足，可(kě)加入極性溶劑以增強凝膠效果。
特别注意
在基于硝基纖維素、氯化橡膠或聚氯乙烯共聚物(wù)的塗料中(zhōng)，這些助劑可(kě)能(néng)引起變色。在矽酸酯塗料中(zhōng)，會縮短施工(gōng)時限。較高添加量時會影響環氧體(tǐ)系的施工(gōng)時限和固化反應。該助劑的胺值較高，會導緻環氧樹脂粘度上升。
