BYK-055 在基于高光聚酯以及輻射固化聚酯體(tǐ)系的木(mù)器和家具(jù)塗料中(zhōng)非常有(yǒu)效。該助劑在淋塗施工(gōng)中(zhōng)可(kě)保證漆幕的穩定性，甚至在膜厚比較薄的條件下。在無色的清漆體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)使用(yòng)時，在深色木(mù)質(zhì)上可(kě)能(néng)會有(yǒu)輕微的渾濁。該助劑在環氧體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)也具(jù)有(yǒu)良好的消泡效果。
推薦用(yòng)途
溶劑型和不含溶劑的木(mù)器和家具(jù)塗料。
建議用(yòng)量
0.1-1.5 % 助劑用(yòng)量（購(gòu)入形式）基于總配方。
以上推薦添加量僅供參考，最佳添加量需經過一系列試驗确定。
加入方法及加工(gōng)指導
為(wèi)獲得最佳消泡效果，消泡劑應添加到研磨料中(zhōng)。若在之後加入，則須有(yǒu)足夠高的剪切力以确保消泡劑良好的分(fēn)散及防止縮孔。
