BYK-055 在基于高光聚酯以及輻射固化聚酯體(tǐ)系的木器和家具塗料中(zhōng)非常有效。該助劑在淋塗施工(gōng)中(zhōng)可保證漆幕的穩定性，甚至在膜厚比較薄的條件下(xià)。在無色的清漆體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)使用時，在深色木質上可能會有輕微的渾濁。該助劑在環氧體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)也具有良好的消泡效果。
推薦用途
溶劑型和不含溶劑的木器和家具塗料。
建議用量
0.1-1.5 % 助劑用量（購入形式）基于總配方。
以上推薦添加量僅供參考，最佳添加量需經過一(yī)系列試驗确定。
加入方法及加工(gōng)指導
爲獲得最佳消泡效果，消泡劑應添加到研磨料中(zhōng)。若在之後加入，則須有足夠高的剪切力以确保消泡劑良好的分(fēn)散及防止縮孔。
