特性和優點
BYK-306 是高效的有(yǒu)機矽助劑，可(kě)顯著降低表面張力，因而改善對難以潤濕底材的潤濕。用(yòng)于顔料填充體(tǐ)系時可(kě)防止貝納德(dé)漩渦的産(chǎn)生并改善流平性。
推薦應用(yòng)
BYK-306 推薦用(yòng)于聚氨酯和環氧體(tǐ)系。
推薦用(yòng)量
0.1-0.5 % 助劑用(yòng)量（購(gòu)入形式）基于總配方
上述數據為(wèi)經驗用(yòng)量，最佳用(yòng)量需通過一系列試驗确定。
加入方法和加工(gōng)指導
可(kě)在生産(chǎn)過程中(zhōng)的任何階段加入該助劑，也可(kě)後添加。
可(kě)在生産(chǎn)的最後階段加入該助劑以避免穩泡，該方法已被證明非常有(yǒu)效。
特别注意
較之矽油，該助劑使用(yòng)安(ān)全。不過在大量使用(yòng)前仍應測試在相應體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)是否會發生表面缺陷。
