特性和優點
該助劑可(kě)顯著降低塗料體(tǐ)系的表面張力，從而改善底材潤濕并防止縮孔。可(kě)增加表面滑爽性，提高光澤。
BYK-310 是熱穩定的有(yǒu)機矽助劑，與傳統有(yǒu)機矽不同，它在 150 °C 到 230 °C 之間不會熱分(fēn)解。因此在重塗時不會有(yǒu)附着力降低或表面缺陷等問題，此類問題往往是由于傳統有(yǒu)機矽在高于 150 °C 時的熱分(fēn)解所造成的。
推薦應用(yòng)
該助劑尤其推薦用(yòng)于溶劑型塗料，也可(kě)用(yòng)于無溶劑體(tǐ)系。
推薦用(yòng)量
0.05-0.3 % 助劑用(yòng)量（購(gòu)入形式）基于總配方。在無溶劑體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)用(yòng)量可(kě)達到 0.5 %。

加入方法和加工(gōng)指導
可(kě)在生産(chǎn)過程中(zhōng)的任何階段加入該助劑，也可(kě)後添加。
特别注意
較之矽油，該助劑使用(yòng)安(ān)全。不過仍應測試在相應體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)是否會有(yǒu)穩泡問題。同時還應測試重塗性、有(yǒu)機矽的遷移性，以及縮孔傾向。
