DISPERBYK-2152 具(jù)有(yǒu)高度枝化的化學(xué)結構，設計用(yòng)于無溶劑環氧以及其它反應型體(tǐ)系，如雙組份聚氨酯和酸催化體(tǐ)系。在顔填料的研磨過程中(zhōng)，助劑的聚酯側鏈被壓縮，同時胺基團對顔料或填料表面的附着力增加。顔料親和基團得以吸附在顔填料表面，聚酯側鏈則依然包裹胺基團，避免其與環氧樹脂反應。該助劑可(kě)顯著降低粘度，不會與樹脂發生反應，從而獲得長(cháng)期貯存穩定性。DISPERBYK-2152 可(kě)良好的潤濕和解絮凝顔料。該助劑相容性寬，對塗料的性能(néng)，如耐黃變、金屬附着力或防腐蝕性，沒有(yǒu)負面影響。
DISPERBYK-2152 符合德(dé)國(guó)建材産(chǎn)品健康評估委員會 (AgBB) 的環保要求。

加入方法和加工(gōng)指導
為(wèi)獲得最佳效果，應在加入顔料前将助劑加入研磨料中(zhōng)，這樣可(kě)以充分(fēn)發揮助劑的功效。先将研磨料的樹脂和溶劑組份預混合，然後在不斷攪拌下慢慢加入助劑。助劑充分(fēn)分(fēn)散後，再加入顔料。

潤濕分(fēn)散劑應加入到研磨料中(zhōng)，這是獲得最佳效果的唯一方法。應先将研磨料的樹脂和溶劑組份預混合，然後在不斷攪拌下慢慢加入該助劑。在助劑充分(fēn)分(fēn)散後，再加入顔料。
膠粘劑和密封膠
特性和優點
該助劑改善無機填料的潤濕分(fēn)散，如碳酸鈣、氫氧化鋁 (ATH)，同時也适用(yòng)于鋁粉和氧化鋁填料。該助劑可(kě)降低粘度并提高填料添加量。

該助劑尤其推薦用(yòng)于環氧和聚氨酯膠粘劑。
