特性和優點
該高分(fēn)子量助劑通過空間位阻使顔料解絮凝并穩定。DISPERBYK-163 對顔料顆粒提供相同的電荷。由此産生(shēng)的排斥力和位阻穩定作用可有效避免可能的共絮凝，使多顔料體(tǐ)系不會産生(shēng)浮色和發花。該助劑的解絮凝性能可增加塗料的光澤、顔色強度、透明性和遮蓋力，同時降低研磨料的粘度。
推薦應用
DISPERBYK-163 具有寬廣的相容性，可用于各種溶劑型配方。也可用于問題塗料的後期補救。對于一(yī)些新的應用，推薦使用更新的助劑如 DISPERBYK-2163 和 DISPERBYK-2164。
推薦用量
助劑用量（購入形式）基于顔料：
無機顔料： 15-20 %
二氧化钛： 4-5 %
有機顔料： 30-60 %
炭黑： 80-100 %
上述數據爲經驗用量，最佳用量需通過一(yī)系列試驗确定。
加入方法和加工(gōng)指導
爲了獲得最佳性能，應先将助劑加入研磨料中(zhōng)，再加入顔料。先将研磨料的樹(shù)脂和溶劑組份預混合，然後在不斷攪拌下(xià)緩緩加入助劑。在助劑未混合均勻前不可加入顔料。可以通過後添加方式補救出現問題的塗料，此時，需要在高剪切力條件下(xià)緩慢(màn)加入。
