BYK-C 8013 專門開發用(yòng)于自由基引發固化的碳纖維增強塑料體(tǐ)系。該助劑通過增加纖維與基體(tǐ)的粘結，
改善最終制品的機械性能(néng)。增加的程度取決于碳纖維和基體(tǐ)樹脂體(tǐ)系的選擇。
推薦用(yòng)途
BYK-C 8013 推薦用(yòng)于自由基引發固化的以各種碳纖維增強的體(tǐ)系。特别是在熱固化成型中(zhōng)，如 SMC/BMC，拉擠成型或 RTM，該助劑顯著提高強度。BYK-C 8013 可(kě)用(yòng)于乙烯基酯纖維和環氧纖維。
适用(yòng)于各種自由基固化基體(tǐ)樹脂。該助劑可(kě)作(zuò)為(wèi)纖維的二次上漿使用(yòng)，如直接噴塗而無需除去第一層上漿劑。再次上漿的纖維其貯存期高度取決于貯存條件，應由一系列試驗确定。
