Amicure CG-1200G固化劑是微粉級的雙氰胺，其中(zhōng)包含0.5％的惰性流量控制添加劑，可抑制結塊并改善操作。它被開(kāi)發用作環氧樹(shù)脂的潛伏性固化劑。
性能優勢
• 較細的顆粒尺寸可提供更高的反應活性
• 由于流動劑含量較高，易于分(fēn)散在液态樹(shù)脂中(zhōng)
• 在正确配制的體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)，在77°F下(xià)的貨架穩定性可達6個月
• 可以通過适當的促進劑選擇輕松地将活化溫度從355°F更改爲203°F。

保質期
自生(shēng)産之日起原密封包裝室溫保存24個月。遠離(lí)高溫高濕區域，在密閉容器中(zhōng)保存。
典型固化周期
•355°F下(xià)1-2小(xiǎo)時。
•250°F下(xià)45分(fēn)鍾，使用0.5份Imicure®AMI-2固化劑。
•在285°F下(xià)使用2-5份Ancamine®2441固化劑30分(fēn)鍾。
