特性和優點
該助劑通過空間位阻使顔料解絮凝。由于解絮凝的顔料顆粒很小(xiǎo)，從而可獲得高光澤、增進顔色強度。此外(wài)，增加了透明度和遮蓋力。該助劑可降低粘度，因而改善了流動性并可提高顔料添加量。用于無機顔料塗料的靜電高速旋轉塗裝時，可顯著降低霧影。
推薦應用
推薦将該助劑用于溶劑型和無溶劑塗料，以及印刷油墨中(zhōng)，穩定無機顔料特别是二氧化钛。因爲其陰離(lí)子特性，該助劑是酸催化體(tǐ)系的理想選擇（如卷材塗料）。
推薦用量
助劑用量（購入形式）基于顔料
無機顔料： 5-10 %
二氧化钛： 2-4 %
上述數據爲經驗用量，最佳用量需通過一(yī)系列試驗确定。
加入方法和加工(gōng)指導
爲了獲得最佳性能，應先将助劑加入研磨料中(zhōng)，再加入顔料。
