BYK-P 9912 是專門爲聚氨酯體(tǐ)系而開(kāi)發的液體(tǐ)加工(gōng)助劑。由于該助劑具有内脫模性能，因此能有效縮短模具的閑置生(shēng)産時間，提高生(shēng)産産能。BYK-P 9912 對粘度、反應性等生(shēng)産參數沒有影響，對最終産品的機械性能也沒有影響。

推薦用量
總配方量的 2-3%（多元醇和異氰酸酯）
以上添加量供參考，最佳添加量需通過一(yī)些列實驗确定。
加入方法及加工(gōng)指導
BYK-P 9912 可以直接加入多元醇或異氰酸酯中(zhōng)。 在多元醇中(zhōng)混合時應在其它原材料之前加入并混合均勻。
在已經混合均勻的體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)後加入 BYK-P 9912 也是可行的。确保 BYK-P 9912 在體(tǐ)系中(zhōng)徹底、均勻的混合，以獲得最佳的脫模效果。
