特性和優點
BYK-P 9065 是具有脫模性能的低收縮 LS-SMC/BMC 用加工(gōng)助劑。可完全替代傳統使用的硬脂酸鋅，簡化了原料的操作。避免 LS-SMC/BMC 産生(shēng)相分(fēn)離(lí)，減少拉絲現象。不良率也會因收縮和翹曲變小(xiǎo)以及高光澤，低霧影和着色的均勻性改善有所降低，得到高表面外(wài)觀制品。如果制品需要後塗裝或者粘接，BYK-P 9065 可牢牢地錨固在固化的樹(shù)脂中(zhōng)而不會遷移至表面。成本也因用量低而得以平衡。
BYK-P 9065 推薦用于低收縮 LS-SMC 體(tǐ)系。
推薦用量
2-2.5 %（購入形式）基于樹(shù)脂總量；特别高的填充體(tǐ)系可達4%。
以上爲推薦用量指導。最佳用量可通過一(yī)系列實驗室測試獲得。
加入方法和加工(gōng)指導
助劑應在 UP 樹(shù)脂與低收縮 (LS) 組分(fēn)均勻混合後，邊攪拌邊加入。應将配方中(zhōng)使用的的傳統脫模劑移去(qù)。
